Fire and Safety Consultants
Permanent/Full Time or Part Time (pro rata). Home based. Salary dependent upon experience

Sub Contracted/Home Based. Payment dependent upon work being undertaken

Resi-Safe UK is a division of Lawes Marsh Limited and is committed to providing only the very best in fire and safety consultancy services with a specific focus on the residential sector. Due to continuing expansion, we now wish to recruit additional full time, part time and sub contracted fire safety consultants to help deliver and manage our services across our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of fire and safety risk assessments, consultancy and training services
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years’ demonstrable experience in conducting fire and safety risk assessments, including multi-occupied residential properties.
A nationally recognised technical fire safety qualification
A nationally recognised H&S qualification to minimum NEBOSH Certificate level or equivalent
Current membership of a national fire and safety organisation, such as IFE, IOSH, MIFPO etc.
Must be IT literate and able to work confidently and effectively with Microsoft Word and Excel
Attributes:
In-depth knowledge of fire safety standards and risk assessment principles, especially surrounding residential fire and safety risk
Ability to apply benchmark standards in a logical and practical manner
