WHY WE STARTED
Following years in the fire service, as an Incident Commander, Fire Safety Enforcement Officer and Fire Investigator, Paul Marsh established Lawes Marsh Limited in 2004 - offering a full range of fire and health and safety services to both residential and commercial industries.
After gaining an excellent reputation within the industry, we realised that many health & safety companies try to apply a ‘one size fits all’ approach to risk management and don’t necessarily understand the specific needs of Landlords and Property Managers when trying to ensure compliance.
So, we created Resi-Safe UK to provide fire and safety solutions specifically for the block management sector.
